Person has called and made threats that I have a civil judgment against me for $150 from 2009 from a bank I never used. That’s been almost 10 years ago. I told them that statute of limitations was over they told me not on bad checks. I replied we don’t write checks. Wanted bank info, last 4 social, and other personal information that I didn’t give. Their number was blocked, but they left a message with number. They said they were with Quality Executive Office, but number didn’t register. I told them my lawyer would call them because I felt this was a scam. They said we wish you well on your civil case. We were trying to give you a head’s up.
