Plus never pay on the phone. Wait for a way to pay via the USPS. At least you have some recourse because you have an address.

This number calls every day stating they are from URG Dept collector about a pay day loan that was taken out and i owe money. there was no loan taken out by the company i used to work with that is Dui Pyle and my bank has no knowledge of this either.how can i get them to stop calling?
