Claims to be an AT&T number to give discounts on service. Robocalled from my local area code. Called back. A non-English speaking person answered. Sounded like her land line.

They sent email that my pay pal was charged $768.96 for a tv sold to Lisadavis@yahoo.com

You can also add your number to the National DO Not Call Registry by visiting their website or calling (888) 382-1222, but many people have complained about it not being effective.
