Received the yellow postcard addressed to my mother about the closed mortgage. The mortgage is paid and my mother died several months ago.
Received a yellow post card telling me to call as soon as possible regarding a loan and recent closure with JP Morgan bank. Stated this was time sensitive, but had no date whatsoever when it was sent. Mortgage ID # not even close.

Received mail telling my mom she needed to call them about my mortgage. We paid off our mortgage a while back, and my mom is since deceased.
I work at a bank and had a customer call saying they needed to contact 888-405-0963 (which is NOT our bank at all) regarding the recent closing of their mortgage and that it was time sensitive. Their mortgage closed years ago and has since been sold to another bank. This is a scam! Do not pursue this! So glad she called us directly and NOT this fraudulent number that very likely would have told her she owed money and gotten sensitive information to scam or steal from her.
