Called confirming supposed fraud on my card, then started asking questions about my business account numbers... Something my bank would already have. Hung up and called a number I have for fraud at my bank.

When dialing (888) 287-4637 you get a robotic message from Bank of America asking for your personal information before speaking with a live person. usphonebook.com identifies caller as Shakail Dillard? When using google search for "BUS BANKING SRV" it's identified as a charter bus service. Caller ID: V71310154100013 denotes a scam/fraud call. Time of Call: 7:15AM Date Called: 07/13/2022
