I was scammed yesterday with an email that said my order was being shipped to David Hawthorne CA ...delivery date 7/19 Was A very large amount of money....I had not ordered anything from Amazon in months. I called this phone number which I googled for Amazon. And they kept asking for my bank card number and expiration date. They had the last four numbers of the card?? I wouldn’t give it and asked for my Amazon accounts to be closed. Said they couldn’t unless I gave them my card info. Anyway I ended up calling my bank advising of this and had my card canceled ! Geez ....it’s only stupid , no good , lazy people that do things like this!

somebody stole access to this number over the weekend and managed to steal money from my checking acct.
the number belongs to Amazon and answered as if they were Amazon. They have done it to other people as well and they seem to work this hijacking of the number on the weekends. Be aware, they will hijack your phone or computer and drain all the info. Notify the police, Amazon and your bank. They work fast.
