Flashed on my iPad to call this number for apple tech support. Turned my iPad off and tried to turn it back on. It's extremely slow

Don't call that number or don't input your p**sword. Follow the steps below to remove that message. You can clear it without resetting your iPhone. Press and hold down the Power button and Home button at the same time for 10 seconds or until it shows the Apple logo. When you see the Apple logo, release the buttons and let your iPhone boot (DO NOT do this step if you don't know your iPhone's p**scode) Then without opening Safari, open Settings app, select Safari. Tap Clear History and Website data button. Press home button to close that screen. That should remove the message.
