Called and said there is a keys attached to my ID and social security and DMV. They were delivering papers to house or place of work. I could accept or have my attorney accept them. I did not call back. I do not give information to anyone over phone.

Same as below - stated they would come to my home or place of employment. Very Vague same Judy Fitzgerald - this was left on my voice mail so I have not specifically spoken with anyone.

Same Judy Fitzgerald called my work phone, but used only the first part of my name, which gave me a big clue it was a scam, because I always use my entire name- I googled and found this site...thank you all-

I just called this number for the heck of it, was gonna have fun with them. They answer the phone legal services.... how very vague and unimaginative of them. I told them I wanted to know what they wanted, they put me on hold.
I heard someone laughing and watching tv in the background.
They called a main line to a business... and yes I got the same crap... two different callers. One guy said he was Vince Maretti or something like that. Same spiel about needing id, putting away firearms and animals... heck, mine are coming out in full force! I wish they would call back. I love to screw with these jackwads... waste their time.

The original call came from 919-277-0369. It was a lady stating her name was Judy Fitzgerald from Legal Services and that they were going to serve my legal documents to my home or place of work and to also have my DL# and ss#. There was a claim that was going to be filed against my DL# and ss#. At the end of the call I was told I needed to call 844-827-3238 to verify my address and information. I didn't call back! My coworker has gotten these same kinds of calls. They called my cell and my work.

They called from a number in my area code saying my social security number drives license ect was **sociated with a legal claim against me lol how can a legal claim be against my social security number? Judy Fitzgerald was her name like really? People aren’t stupid these days!

I was left a voice message stating that there was a legal claim against someone in our household by the local jurisdiction. They stated if I didn’t call â€(844) 827-3238‬ that charges would be filed against my ssn number. Scam.

I had a voice mail message from someone on my cell phone saying that they needed my drivers license number and my social security number in order to deliver a claim against me. I also was told to call the 844-827-3238 number to verify my home address. Failure to do so would result in a default action against me. Funny thing, my cell phone did not show a number on the caller ID, there was only a voice mail message.

Well, let's see. First of all, someone at this address--no idea who--has to have verifiable ID at the ready because someone is in trouble with somebody! All firearms and large animals must be secured so that no one gets hurt. Does that mean that . . . Okay, let's see--time to chain our lions and tigers, and leopards, and shoo the pack of feral hogs that live on the premises! Anything else?
Who do these people think they are? And what is their scam? Shouldn't they check in with the local police before their visit? Why wouldn't they check in with the local police? What about the FBI?

Somebody at this number called and stated it was legal service office and that I needed to put all firearms up to protect their law enforcement. I tried to call the number but no one would answer. Some type of scam

the call was left on answering machine from 850-270-7737 that it was a legal notice and to have all firearms and dogs put way they would need your signature and they would be accompanied by police to call 844-827-3238 or have your atty call.
