This is the second day this SCAM number has called, which I reported on last night...only today I was told to “Get a job”. How utterly original! Tiny little ticked off and offended mind. At any rate you need to track your people better and pay attention to their comments to POSSIBLE clientele since this type behavior is hardly a Plus for whatever business you’re in. It might be a good idea to pull up “Tommy Sotomayor” on YouTube and listen to how he tells it like it is about exactly the type person manning your phones. You are now BLOCKED.

I have no idea what company this number belongs to, but I received a call from it where the operator apparently did not realize she had her phone in and spoke very unprofessionally to someone in her vicinity. She needs a little retraining in how to speak just in case something like this happens again...I also realize EVERYONE these days need their job and have no desire for her to either be terminated nor be “demoted” as a punishment...just made aware of what can happen if not paying attention. You might want to suggest to her that she buy a little personal fan if it’s indeed too hot where she works...this kind of environment doesn’t promote good customer relations. Been there, done that.
