Just a Spam caller
This was the number that left me a fraudulent text pretending to be from the UPS and was giving me a fake tracking number
I got a text from this number telling me that, not mine, but my fiance's bank card would be arriving that day by UPS. Supposedly it was a tracking alert from UPS but it definitely was a scam.

They keep calling and I’m on the Do Not Call registry!
Chinese recording (who knows). Just receiving many of this calls. I believe is a kind of fraud
This is not legit. They’re spoofing numbers. It’s an attempted scam. I get calls from them all the time and always from different 800 numbers, some of which belong to legit business. Pre recorded message in Chinese mentioning something about UPS.

Got this call at my home in Washington DC, but the call was a recorded message in Chinese! Obviously a spam call!

I won’t answer a number if I don’t know who it is, figure if it’s important they will leave a message....no message left....must be a robo call
a robo call recorded with chinese language. Sounds like telemarketing.
