Called to say there was fraud in my credit card w capital one...I never activated that card ..it is cut in half because they wanted too much info.. Take a pix of my driver’s license etc...I hung up. Today I get a letter to call 1-800-239-7054.. because of possible fraud...I told them I never activated the card. There was a baby crying in the background and letter looks fishy.
