This caller / Text’er definitely attempted to scam presenting a need for banners and wanting to pay with credit card but hesitated when asked for pertinent c/c info such as billing address and would not provide a physical address stating he was in a hospital and was blind, etc. When I pressed for the shipping address he stated he had it all worked out with another company and they would pick up at my location. In a cross look at his number, it appears to be coming from a VoIP type phone or Magic Jack broadband connection..
