I just got done reporting to PayPal an item I purchased 2 months ago. They escalated my request to investigate why I hadn’t received a patio cover I purchased off a website 2 months ago from a company called Faylen TV located in Idaho. Said if the company didn’t give them a tracking number for the item, I should expect to receive a refund to be processed by end of week. I’m really glad I purchased this through my PayPal account which protected my credit card information. Thanks PayPal!
Coincidently, I got a call maybe 5-10 minutes later from 986-800-2301 and answered and recording saying my bank account had been flagged with the federal reserve and to avoid charges that I needed to click “one†on my phone to resolve this issue. I just hung up and decided to do a reverse search. I usually don’t answer calls I’m not familiar with but it caught me off guard.
