Pretends to be a delivery service but then says they want to deliver legal package and that someone over 18 must accept papers. Then said they had made numerous attempts and that another organization must be phoned within 2 hours or things would be out of their hands. The second number purports yo be a law firm attempting to collect a twenty year old debt for an even $10000, no documentation. All in violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Never said they were collecting, swore they were just a courier service.
