This is a call from out of the USA by a company called Onvoy LLC which is a scamming low liability company of telemarketers sending outright spam illegally labeling the calls from a location near you in the US when they are from Europe in reality. Fraudulent intent.

Says the number is from a city in a USA State but the real location is outside of the United States in Europe. Likely fraudulent scammers.
