This Phone number is Affiliated w/a Lottery Scam. When attempting to return a call to whichever phone number the Scammer calls a person from; you will ALWAYS receive a call back from 971-275-1300. It is a way that the Scammer is hacking a phone system in order to place calls to get money from people. IT is difficult to trace the phone calls. This person is highly intelligent & equipped w/being able to SCAM people. I truly wish that someone would stop WHOMEVER is doing this. When you get a phone call from this number it would be best to not answer, all you are going to get is a beeping noise; similar to a Fax Machine. Good Luck. I hope there is someone out there SMARTER than this guy or WHOMEVER IS DOING THIS!!!!
