This guy calls from different phone numbers with something about property, money owed. He doesn’t stop calling!

He has been calling for over a year leaving messages I can’t understand. The accent is so thick, as well as sounding like his mouth is pressed against the phone I can only understand a few words here and there.

He has been calling relentlessly for about a year, leaving messages looking for estranged family I haven’t seen/spoke to in 15+ years. Wants to “help” me with foreclosure money overages. He won’t take no for an answer, and it’s har**sment at this point. Plus, every time it’s a different number, which adds to the sketchiness of not being a legit company. Who has that 5-10 phone numbers? In addition, unfortunately the accent is so strong, at least 3/4’s of what he says, I just don’t understand, except names and addresses.
