This number sent me text messages professing to be the CEO of my employer asking me to run an errand. I knew it was a scam immediately because the CEO would never ask, he'd instruct or direct.

Then they asked me to go to a retailer that sells eBay gift cards.

And I stalled.

Then they asked for a picture of the gift card rack.

So I sent them a stock photo of a Home Depot gift card rack.

Then he asked if they had eBay or Steam gift cards .

and I sent him another stock photo and just wasted a lot of his time.
