Unknown sender sending scam/fraud spam via text. The message (copied verbatim, typos and all) said the following BS:

"We appologize (typo) for the tempoary (typo) phone outage yesterday. You were one of the 25,000 affected clients. In return we are providing you with a $100 FREE GIFT! Please take this brief 30 second survey about Tmobile (typo) and we'll offer you a $100 free item."
