This guy solicits people who have their cars listed for sale on various sites claiming to “have questions†about the car that’s for sale. He then asks the recipient to go to a website to purchase a vehicle history report. Texts from this number appear to be automated. See below:

Of course if you're trolling people who're selling their cars to sell history reports that'd explain your text now wouldn't it? Are people really that stupid? Or are you?
