Someone post the name of this debt collector. They're illegally attempting to collect on debt as a 3rd party. This is against Federal Law. Debt collection only operates on fear tactics and THAT IS ALSO ILLEGAL. NO one owes 3rd party debt collectors anything. Get their personal name, their supervisor's name, their personal addresses and name and address of the company and tell them they're being sued and they should immediately cease and desist by mailing you attestation to these demands. They cannot report to the credit bureaus and it they already did (tell them you'll check) they're guilty of FDCPA which means Fair Debt Collection Practicing Act and have broken Federal Law.
