Esther left messege at my home and with other family members. Court summons and a case number. Never called her back.
Vague accusations of legal action
The person who answered this number stated her name, pretended to be from a law firm however, she did not state the name of the law firm but insisted i had a court hearing coming upand that documents were sent, (never received) but was willing to waive court fees, attorney fees, interest fees, late fee but did ask for a month payment plan for money that was due on an non exisiting account.
