I received a text message from (949)868-7505 with a link to a website that claims to be the post office with a package to be delivered but they can’t verify my address. I filled out the first page with the correct address information. The second page now asks for a credit card number “just in case” there are fees or charges due. I called the number, it does not go through. I looked it up and it is not a post office landline and definitely not in my area. It is a wireless number. This may be a new scam since I have never had this happen before and how does the post office have my cellphone number?
