Sounded like a jobless dirty man making fraudulent calls in his underwear. Claiming to be a phone service provider asking personal information and telling me that he can hardly hear me and there's a delay in everything I am saying and that I need to switch phone service providers. He asked for the owner I told him no he hung up on me.
