They called and when I answered nobody on the other end responded. I called back several times and it gave me a busy signal or immediately disconnected. According to the FCC there is an international scam ongoing where they call you, hang up and then you call back and are connected internationally where you can rack up a sizable bill for international calls if they keep you on the like long enough. This scam uses 941 prefix.
