I answered and it was Rachel from cardholder services. That call comes in frequently and when I told her that I asked to be taken off the calling list she hangs up. But I’m never taken off. Sometimes it’s Veronica or Heather calling so what’s the use.
Regarding email: Unsubscribing doesn’t really work either and it seems I’m getting more emails than ever with post dated (like 10/6/18 or 2021, or 2026 for dates) instead of the day the email comes in. Why? Ersle
