They had my name and asked me to verify that as soon as I answer the phone I said yes this is my name. And then she said “I need you to verify this address”which was the beginning of my address. I said “who are you”?and she said “we can’t give you any information until you verify all this information” and I said “I’m sorry i’m not verifying anything until I know who you are”so she said fine and hung up.
