These people constantly call me asking for someone I don’t know and refuse to take my number off the list. When I called back to ask them to remove my number again, they continually asked me for my name, which was not the name of the person they wanted, instead of the phone number, then hung up on me without removing my number. This has been an ongoing problem and it seems like everytime I block the number they call from a different phone number claiming to be the same organization on a recorded line. If this is a legitimate company, how do they have so many different phone numbers and why won’t they remove my number when I have clearly told them I am not the person they are looking for and I don’t want to constantly be bothered because I don’t know that person. If they didn’t have a new number every week I would file har**sment charges, but it’s hard to file har**sment charges when they call from multiple numbers. They say the persons name and when I tell them I don’t know that person they try to start asking information about me like my name, address, social security number, etc. if the call was really legitimate they would know all of that information and would not be calling and asking me for it. Of course they are always just trying to “verify†that I’m not the person they are looking for. I don’t give any information, not even my name, but it’s very annoying.
