Trying to scam the elderly this ain’t right
This number called my 95 year old grandmother in Chicago and told her my nephew was in jail and he needed 5000 dollars to get out. My nephew lives in Maryland and was not or has not ever been locked up. I called them back and went along with it. They never asked me my name or for my nephews last name..I informed them that I am a Detective commander and they playing with Fire calling my grandma. They immediately hung up , I called back twice no answer. I am tracing the number to see where it pings. The location is in Sango Tennessee.. please report this number so none of the elderly get scammed.. thank you
