Reports for (919) 689-4877

This number has texted my personal cell for two days in a row, early on a Sat Sun morning. The first says — “Hi Owner, I've been showing my clients a few places near you. Can we talk about getting your house back on the market? -Zeke Taylor, Fathom Realty” and the next day says — “Hello Owner, I saw your house came off the market. It’s a great place - I’ve shown a few houses to my clients looking in your area. Can we talk today? - Zeke Taylor, Fathom Realty NC (919) 593-4021 zeketaylorrealestate@gmail.com” My house hasn’t been on the market for 4 years, nor is it appropriate to ask me to put it there. This is a new level of low for a real estate agent, and even if I was looking to sell, I would never use someone who did this. Found my personal cell, and thought it was ok to text without permission with such an impersonal marketing pitch. Terrible business practice and I will report.
