TOTAL SCAM!! Lady said her name was Brooke and she was my landlord’s realtor from Costello Realty. She said that my lease was about to expire. So I’d have to sign a new one year lease agreement for about $100 less than what I’m paying now. I emailed my landlord and he said he has no idea who these people are
