First was a female non-native speaker then transferred to a male that spoke perfect English. He claimed that I would be getting better benefits than I currently am. He asked all the same questions as when I signed up for my current medicare advantage plan. He already had some of my info such as my address, phone number, year I signed up. But I had to correct him twice. Once when he was asking for my social security or medicare number and then when asking for my birthdate. He almost had that one right. He made a point of saying he would call back if we got disconnected. But after he got the birthdate, the call dropped. He never called back and I realized what had happened.
