He keeps calling me saying he can lower my credit card debts. I asked him what credit cards he is talking about. He told me it was on my capital one card and my American Express cards. The problem with this is. I have NEVER owned neither one of those cards. Plus, my credit card bills have been completely paid off for over 15 years now. And I have NO credit cards in my name since then.
