They use a WhatsApp account to contact you claiming to be David from federal government with a grant to offer. Then they ask for your full name and address so they can check to see your eligibility. I laughed at their scheme and them. The poor use of English and horrible grammar was a dead giveaway. Smh they’ve probably gotten this 917 from Google Voice or another app that provides what I call dummy numbers. Stop the cap and get a job already
