I received this call and did not answer. They left a voicemail. They did not identify who they were. The message said that if I would press one I would be connected to the concern department. It went on to say that if they did not hear from me then they would be forced to take legal action against me. I do not have a clue what it concerns I tried calling the number back and only got a busy signal. This call was very unnerving and I do not appreciate someone disrupting someone’s life and causing them undue stress. There should be laws against har**sment to seniors.
