someone with a heavy East Indian accent calls with an "all cash offer for your home." Home is not for sale, is not on the market. there was no reason to contact me about my home. Told the caller to never call back. Probably a scam. area code is 912 in South Georgia but the caller probably just has a 912 number and not actually in Georgia.
