They said they were from Comcast and did a 5G software update but our modem was not getting the update. They said they had to check our system to see why we weren't getting the update. They ask if we had a computer. We said yes. They said they had to connect to it to see what was blocking their update. I said, and I quote, "Hell No! Send a tech to the house to check the comcast equipment." They then hung up. This was a scammer.
