I called number back after automated voice left message I would be picked up by local police, if I didn’t return the call. Someone with poor English and middle eastern accent answered, claimed to be from the IRS... the IRS will NEVER call you, or just call you. They don’t email either, they send usually certified mail. Reporting this number to my local FBI office.
Left message with automated voice that I had 24 hours to call them, or I would be picked up by “local copsâ€, that I had four charges against my name... BOGUS. I did not return call.
I’ve had calls just like this before, and been asked to give money over phone to keep from being arrested... do not give money. I reported the last caller, who I did speak with to my local FBI office, after he began to scream at me in a middle eastern accent that the police were on their way to pick me up.
