Caller stated that he was calling on behalf of "Document Dispatch" regarding a purported civil claim filed against me. He would not answer any questions about the notice of complaint, only that he was acting as a call service for the alledged company. He then texted a number to call with a " document number attached". Upon due diligence I believe the call to be a scam, as the number was from a cellphone not a landline.
