Claimed to be cardmember services regarding an application opened in my name in a different state from the one in which I reside. Seemed suspicious.
Claimed to work for cardmember services verifying an application for a line of credit was applied for under MIL name out of Texas. Not certain it was legit.
Wanted to know if we had applied for a credit card outside the USA. I believe it was a scam.
