Left voice mail to call back. Person says something about being from \"electric\" but message is cut off. Addresses me as \"Sir\" (female recipient with clear female name). I know no one in Florida, have never lived there, never owned property there. Reported the number to NoMoRobo. I determined to be a scam, I will let local police know.
