We receive calls from that number morning, noon and night. The caller ID says Balance. I don't answer unless I know the caller. Sick to death of the phone ringing off-and-on all day long. I've signed up on the "do not call" list numerous times. Doen't do a bit of good. Still calling... Still ringing.... Still not answering.
