This was an Amazon Help Center # I was calling about missing packages. This person was an impersonator told me my packages were missing because i was hacked and the hacker is buying crypto using my card. He proceeded with urgency as to help me get this stopped and fixed, I had to hurry and sign into my venmo but he was able to get into my phone see everything from my screen got my facial recognition through scanning it as well as my ss# drives license, email, address ph # . At the end of the call he had drained my bank account using my venmo to purchase $2,000 cryptocurrency . This happened so fast with his urgent instructions to me on my cell phone. Total lifechanging and scary as to what I can do in protecting myself from these people who have access to my ss# along with a facial scanned recognition.
