Claim to be “Geek Squadâ€. Answer with heavy accent and hang up on you if you ask any information.
Sent an email from a random gmail account that they were the “Geek Squad†renewing our “subscription†for PC services for a year for $500. Called the “customer service # and they answered after about 20 rings with a very heavy accent. Asked where they were located and they said “un Californiaâ€. I asked “where in California?†And they hung up on me.
