Received a voicemail on my phone for my deceased husband who p**sed away in 2006, that he needed to call immediately regarding a collections bill that was returned as 'failure to respond'. I need to call within 48 hours or there will be 'proceedings without your consent'. Did not identify who they were calling from, what this urgent matter pertained to, etc.
