This is supposed to be an online outdoor clothing/accessories store, ZEROFOX USA. There is only a recorded message and no way to talk with a real person, the message just says to email to reach them. They have had numerous (35 to date) complaints to the BBB. I’m trying to track down an order from 2 months ago and the tracking # they gave me from the USPS doesn’t exist. I’m reporting them to the BBB today. My emails to them are answered but they keep saying they’re having “delays”. My last email was sent over a week ago and I haven’t heard from them yet.
