Scam . Don’t fall for it.
This is a scam. They send an invoice and say they charged you. They want you to go on your computer and open it up to give you the refund. It’s how they deposit malware in.
I am sure this is a SPAM Call. they answer the phone and then they keep on hold and never respond. The way they operate is they send you a Norton Antivirus subscription renewal invoice and say we have deducted $349.99 for the renewal of your 3 yrs subscription for Norton Antivirus and if we decide not to renew they say within a day please call on Tel # 18888572097.
They then ask for their invoice # and then the call is on hold and even their Hello and the one or 2 sentences the person speaks sounds fishy. Please do not fall for this trap.
