Received a phone call
Automated caller saying they are from EviCore about a medical procedure my Dr ordered, false, scam, fraud .
Random calls random
Attempt to steal iden**ty
They said they are from Etna insurance which is my insurance
Spam spam spams
Got message saying it was to get information regards to authorization for procedure requested by my Dr. It is FAKE
Junk caller, fake insurance
Asking for permission from my name repeated. One for me, two for not me.
Caller was automated claiming to be an insurance company, not my Medicaid company that automated a message that my procedures would be denied if I didn’t answer the questions. First asking me for my date of birth to make sure it was me who they were talking to? I hung up at that point.
Another spoofed call from the largest har**sing mafia network in the world- VIRTUAL PBX MORONS!
They keep calling me and calling me I need it to stop

They call every day and leave a message saying “we’re sorry try call again and check dial tone†I am not calling them
