Lone Star Card Blocked!!! don't have the card!!!
Received text that my Lone Star Card was blocked from 11296@hhs.texas.gov and to call them. Had to google Lone Star Card since I didn't have a clue what it was!
This number texted me and said my 'Lone Star Card' had been blocked. No clue what they are talking about. I do not have a Lone Star card. I called the number, and requested the 'card number' - sounds like they are trying to get card numbers for SNAP accounts. Low lifes!
Phishing scam!.
Stated my Lone Star card was “canceledâ€and to click on this link that I got in a text. That card is for people and families who are basically getting food stamps. It’s a debit card that is filled by the state based on need. I have never filed for that. Obviously a scam. Do not click on the link or call the number!
