High pressure to buy Home Warranty Insurance. I hung up.

Received a letter with no return address and no company name. Envelope marked \"Response to Notice Requested\". Final Notice. Letter stated, \"For Mortgage Maintenance Requirements\". The letter goes on and stated \"It is important to contact our office at 1-888-760-1910 upon receiving this notice to avoid any unnecessary delays in your coverage before June 6th, 2025. The letter goes on and on. I have no idea how they are or what coverage they are referring too. I did not respond, and the letter was destroyed

Received a hostile letter from Home Warranty Services informing me that my Home Warranty coverage is “Pending”. It said without their protection, I would be financially responsible for 100% for the cost of all repairs. If I do not reply my “eligibility may be revoked after 5 days.” I do not have this warranty, I did not request it. I don’t like to be threatened with not getting their produce.

Rec'd letter from company with no name alledging that if I did not get their Home Warranty, covering appliances, etc,. I would lose my mortgage with TD Bank North. There is no TD Bank North so I couldn't have a mortgage with them. Paid off the outage I did have over 20 decades ago. Letter also said I had this Home Warranty, which I did not, and it was expiring. Also told on phone banks require such warranties on refrigerators, etc. or won't issue mortgage. Complete lie. Total scam designed to scare the elderly
